Cacao Fiji began their operations in 2014 when they met with several farmers who were passionate about Cacoa farming but were struggling to find a market for their product. This started Cacao Fiji’s mission to lead the revival of the Fijian cocoa industry.
Now working with a network of cocoa farmers Cacao Fiji grow, ferment, and dry their own beans which are then carefully sorted by hand to ensure any damaged or inferior beans are removed. Only then with the highest quality cocoa beans do Cacao Fiji craft their chocolate and nibs which are both 100% vegan and organic.
Cacao Fiji’s cocoa beans have been supplied to chocolate crafters all around the world and gained global recognition including at the 2018 New Zealand Chocolate Awards where they won the Gold Medal for the beans-to-bar dark chocolate category.
