Fiji Consulate General and Trade Commission had the pleasure to participate in the Fiji Australia Business Council and the Australia Fiji Business Council Joint Business Forum 2022, held at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa, Natadola, Fiji, over the weekend, with the participation of over 150 delegates to discuss opportunities between the two countries and to enhance the bilateral trade and investment relations between them.

The theme of this year’s forum was: ‘Vuvale – the new paradigm’ – and the close bilateral and people-to-people ties that #Australia and #Fiji share now lay the foundation for more significant trade, economic and business-to-business links.

The forum was an unparalleled opportunity to network with senior Fijian and Australian-based policymakers and senior businesspeople and learn about business challenges and opportunities from outstanding presenters.

Fiji offers a range of opportunities for Australian businesses, for example, in Business Process Outsourcing, building and construction, agribusiness, capital works/infrastructure including roads and bridges, power, water and sewerage, ports and airports, food and beverage and ICT products and services including back office and remote services.
